No more waiting idly by
As the children of our earth suffer and die
Load it up, cock it back
Load it up
Hit record and play it back
Let em know when its time to attack
Hit record and play it back
Apathy has run its course
Peaceful protest, met with force
Amnesty, the darkest horse
The last resort,
Violence, I shall endorse
Slaughtered souls, no remorse
Civilization has become destroyed
Replaced by corporate interests
We're the slaves they've employed
Break the foundation
of this bastard nation
We fear the powers
While unnarmed are killed
We drink from the water
While their blood is spilled
Break the damnation
Of this place of hatred
No discrimination
This, our revelation
Apathy has run its course
Peaceful protest, met with force
Amnesty, the darkest horse
The last resort,
Violence, I shall endorse
Slaughtered souls, no remorse
We fear the powers
While unnarmed are killed
We drink from the water
While their blood is spilled
Break the captivity
Of living in a fallacy
Death to passivity
Freedom for you and me
Load it up, cock it back
Hit record and play it back
Let em know it's time to attack
Hit record and play it back

I didn't realize how great Beastmaker were until I put this in and really gave it a good listen. Man, if anyone ever sounded like the mighty Black Sabbath it's these guys and that's a major compliment! Sabbath made me the metalhead I am today. So super happy to discover these guys. Guitar tone is heavy as shit and the singer has that creepy Ozzy sound that's perfect for this music. Beastmaker are the classic Sabbath sound circa 1970. I play this all the time. knutepanhead

This is an immersive introduction to a posse of rough riders that might just surprise you with the way they throw together doom metal, post-rock, and slide guitars. Sean McGuire

I'm sad to see this era of Beastmaker close out but this is a phenomenal way to do! Black Butterfly might be the best thing they've ever done. dianonhead
